1. Service Overview

SteadyDripz provides a done-for-you marketing automation service. We build, manage, and maintain SMS and email follow-up workflows for sales professionals.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use our services.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

- Subscription Plans: We offer tiered monthly subscriptions (Starter Drip, Hustler Drip, BEAST MODE) with different features and usage limits.

- Payment Processor: Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

- Setup Fees: Some plans include a one-time setup fee. These may be waived with annual subscriptions.

- Renewals: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

- Failure to Pay: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to services continues until the end of the billing cycle.

Refunds are not issued for partial use or unused services once the onboarding and automation process has begun.

5. Account Access & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to use the service only for lawful purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and workflow templates provided by SteadyDripz remain the intellectual property of SteadyDripz and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, or inability to use our services. We make no guarantees regarding specific business results.

8. Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time. We reserve the right to change these Terms with notice posted to this page.
